We help foreign citizens, both from EU Member States and from third countries, to obtain residence status in the Republic of Bulgaria, provided the legal prerequisites are in place.
• We assist foreign nationals to figure out on what legal basis they are entitled to reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;
• We prepare the necessary documents for applying for a type D visa;
• We represent foreign citizens before the Bulgarian institutions, depending on the reason for residence – the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, etc .;
• We represent foreign nationals before the Migration Office when submitting and receiving residence documents;
• We support EU Member State nationals to obtain residence documents for themselves and their families.
