Re-registration:
All NGOs (Associations, Foundations and Community centers) are obliged to re-register with the Registry Agency by 31.12.2020. Until the end of year 2017 the NGO register was in the Court Since 01.01.2018 the register of NGO’s is transferred to the Registry Agency. We can assist you with this re-registration procedure.
Establishment:
We can prepare all the necessary documents for the establishment of NGOs (Associations and Foundations). We carry out the registration procedure at the Registry Agency.
Changes in circumstances:
We prepare the necessary documents and carry out the whole procedure for changing the circumstances – changes in the Management Board, the Statute / Articles of Association, the address and all others.
Liquidation:
In the event of termination of the activity of the NGO, we carry out the procedure for its liquidation and deletion.
